The West Fair and Rodeo Association grounds and facilities can be rented or leased year round. Exceptions are during the WFRA Annual Rodeo and WestFest. We entertain many functions such as Rodeos, Barrel Races, Ropings, Horse Shows, Music Festivals, Heritage Festivals, Barbeque Cookoffs, Weddings and Family Reunions.
The West Fair and Rodeo Association grounds include:
A 95′ x 200′ Arena with aluminum bleachers seating approximately 5000
A 200′ x 200′ covered outside dance floor
A 80′ x 100′ Exhibits Building
A 20′ x 80′ Concessions Building

A 40′ x 60′ Meeting Building with full kitchen facilities and restrooms
A large separate Restroom Building
Several parking areas are available
All outdoor areas are lighted with both automatic and manual controls.

Arena rental – $250.00 per day, $400.00 if lights are needed
West Fair & Rodeo retains concession rights
West Fair & Rodeo is due half of the price of admission if admission is charged for spectators.
Renter is responsible for all trash removal
