rewarded with trip to Mexico for outstanding sales success

recognition of this achievement, the company awarded Martin with a
luxurious trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to celebrate with other Avon
sales management superstars.

The Circle of Excellence is an elite distinction at Avon, awarded to the
top ten percent of District Sales Managers with the largest sales
increase.

landmarks – the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalup; and shopped along the
Cuale River Market. Capping off the celebration was an awards banquet
dinner held at the Grand Marissa Ballroom at the Grand Velas All Suites &
Spa Resort, which was hosted by Avon Executives including Jorge
Martinez-Quiroga, President, Avon North America.
