Grand Opening of Stoney Brook of Hewitt!
Everyone is invited to the opening of Stoney Brook of Hewitt, an assisted living
and memory care community, Saturday, Sept. 17. 2 to 4 p. m. The 66-unit community
has been built from the ground up with seniors in mind.
Food/Entertainment: Live music will be provided by Mr. LaRon Tubb. LaRon
has been playing piano for over 30 years and has become a fan favorite in
Central Texas with his energetic style and off-the-charts talent.
Visitors enjoy refreshments, tours, and the opportunity to win a variety of door
prizes!
The newest community underscores the Stoney Brook philosophy; that seniors
never stop growing and learning and by promoting a life of vigor through
activities and events focused on personal health and growth, the residents
lead balanced and fulfilling lives. Passing through vibrant hand-crafted
wood doors, residents take advantage of unique design elements, including
the open-air atrium and expansive public spaces. With three residence halls,
finely appointed dining and activity lounges (including a theater room and
library), outdoor wood decks and covered courtyards, there is ample room to
cater to each resident’s needs.
Stoney Brook of Hewitt features a total of 66 apartments in a variety of
studio, and one and two-bedroom apartments for those seeking either assisted
living or memory care residences.
€ Assisted Living: Stoney Brook of Hewitt¹s comprehensive assisted living
services are for those who choose or require assistance with their daily
needs, but wish to remain as independent as possible. The community provides
a spectrum of services tailored for each resident, meaning greater choices
and flexibility today and as needs change. In addition to a variety of basic
and individual services, Stoney Brook provides concierge services and
amenities for the families of our residents when those special occasions
arise.
€ Memory Care: For those with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other special needs,
Stoney Brook of Hewitt offers a Memory Care environment with 24-hour care
and supervision. The staff are dedicated to helping residents live as
independently as possible, with a host of activities designed to encourage a
sense of belonging and purpose, relationships with others, meaningful
activity and a sense of self.
