Bruceville-Eddy Robot Competition
Bruceville-Eddy High School Robotics will be competing in the BEST Robotics competition on Saturday, October 29. The robot must be able to maneuver through obstacles, pick up objects, and move them to certain areas to gain points. Not only do the students have to build a moveable robot, but they have to creatively compose a marketing plan, an exhibit, and an engineering notebook to promote their robot to other teams and judges. The students receive points based on how well they meet the criteria of the competition. Another aspect of the event is to have as many fans as possible at the competition for support. The competition is going to take place at the new University High School in Waco from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Bruceville-Eddy Robotics Club invites anyone to come and enjoy the competition.
