The Bosque Arts Center is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2011 Chuck Frambes college scholarships. Chelsea Erickson and Lindsey Phillips are both graduating seniors from Clifton High School with plans for college studies in creative art fields. Chelsea and Lyndsey have displayed excellence in academics, community service and personal character. The BAC honors these two fine students for their achievements.
