Oglesby Lions presents 43rd Rattlesnake
The Oglesby Lions Club will present their 43rd annual Rattlesnake Hunt
February 25, 26. World Famous snake handler Jackie Bibby will performing
live demonstrations at 10 a. m. Saturday and 11 a. m. Sunday. Prizes will be
awarded lo local snake handlers.
General admission is $3. Hunter registration is $5.
The VFD will serve barbecue. The Oglesby 4-H Club will have a concession
stand. Arts and Crafts booths and entertainment through the two days. An
antique tractor show will be at the Community Center. Charles Walter is in
charge of booth at 254 744-7855.
Oglesby is only a few miles from McGregor.
